A new Cryptocurrency tax scam is spreading via SMS from hackers pretending to be either the Australian Tax Office or the IRS to unsuspecting victims phones tricking them into clicking a link that will then allow the hackers to steal all of their cryptocurrency balance and even their standard bank account balance if they enter enough information. This is a serious situation that anyone who trades cryptocurrency should be aware of OR who does any online banking.
